South Pine Cafe Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, South Pine Cafe will accept your returns for exchange, credit or refund within 15 days of the original shipment date. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the original shipment date. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with all of the original attached tags and packaging intact. Consumable items or food cannot be returned.

You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise. If you are exchanging an item, please include the style name and size of item. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item.

Returning to South Pine Cafe

You must request a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise to South Pine Cafe. To do so call (530) 265-0260 or email to info@southpinecafe.com.

How to Ship Your Return or Exchange

You must have a Return Authorization Number before you can make a return. Be sure to clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your package, and include a copy of your packing slip, email order confirmation, or a printed copy of your order inside the package. Ship your return to:

If you are to receive a credit, allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If there is any additional amount owed, your credit card will be charged for any replacement merchandise when shipped.
